Outstanding And Incredible Oil Painting of Food by Tjalf Sparnaay

This food certainly looks good enough to eat. But these mouth-watering creations would taste disgusting as they are, in fact, oil paintings.
The 'chef': Netherlands-based Tjalf is so successful that his work is now displayed worldwide with art lovers flocking to view the pieces in real life. They are the work of Dutch artist Tjalf Sparnaay, who has used his style of 'mega-realism' to create incredibly life-like pictures of chips, cheeseburgers and desserts. But despite the greasy nature of some of his subject matter, the pieces are worth more than yesterday's chip wrappers - selling for an eye-watering £36,000.
